- How does billing work?
- Annual is paid upfront ($948/yr · saves $240). Monthly is $99/month with a 3-month minimum. Both auto-renew until you cancel.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard — access runs to the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. All sales are final.
- How many candidates can I review?
- Unlimited. The plan limit is on active jobs (5) and team seats (3) — review as many candidates per job as you want.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- 90-day read-only archive so you can re-download anything. Then permanent deletion unless you reactivate.
