Overview
groomer.video (operated by Marv ETF LLC d/b/a groomer.video) collects the minimum personal information needed to run video interviews for pet grooming shops. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
- From Pet Shops: business name, logo, billing contact email, payment details (handled by Stripe), and the content of jobs and notes you create.
- From Groomers / candidates: email, full name, phone (optional), uploaded CV, and the video responses you record. We do not require date of birth, social security number, or home address.
- Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and cookies needed for authentication.
Where it lives
- Database and application data — Supabase (US region)
- Video files — Cloudflare Stream
- Email delivery — Resend
- Payments — Stripe
- Hosting — Vercel
Each vendor is bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Candidate video privacy
Candidate videos are stored on Cloudflare Stream behind signed playback URLs. Only the Pet Shop that received the application, and groomer.video administrators for support purposes, can view them.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link)
- Withdraw consent for an ongoing interview at any time

Retention
Active Pet Shop data is retained while the subscription is active. Cancelled accounts move to a 90-day read-only archive, after which videos, CVs, and notes are permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for seven years for tax purposes.
Children
groomer.video is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
